About Me

I help people build portfolios of short-term rental properties that generate income and support a more mobile lifestyle. 

I live in Northern Virginia. I have family in Southern Virginia and Washington State. My son goes to college in Arizona. I vacation in Oregon and Alaska. I went to school in Colorado. My wife wants to be in Brooklyn. I love all these places. I travel a lot. I stay in a lot of hotels. I crash with family when I can. While this is okay, I'm convinced there is a better way.

I started this business because I wanted to radically change the structure of my life by building a physical network of homes in the places I love. I also want to help you do the same thing.
